Our process engineers have very wide-ranging knowledge and experience of welding technology applications. We have therefore chosen a broad approach to our area of expertise. We have extensive facilities for supporting our customers and projects.

Resistance welding test facilities

- Resistance welding 50 Hz with 25kVA to 315 kVA capacity
- Resistance welding Mid-frequency to 76 kVA capacity 
 

Arc welding test setups

- Test facilities for various robot arc welding processes – CMT in particular

Laser welding laboratory

- Test setups for robot laser welding
- Laser welding prototypes 
 

Welding technology Laboratory

- Macrography for assessing and documenting welding quality.
- Macrography for metallurgical research.
- Tensile strength tester up to 50,000 N for destructive research 
 

Testing 

- Measuring tensioning jig with Faro arm
- 3D product scanning using Matrix and Crypton
