Flexibiliy
By simply adjusting the width of the machine and changing the welding electrodes it is possible to weld four kinds of design radiators. These are:

- Curved
- Manifolds placed close together
- Extended piece
Tests at AWL guarantee a solid weld even in an angle of 20 degrees. Welding a larger angle is optional. Due to the two separate welding controls you can vary the amount of current which is transported to the two separate welding stations. This enables even more flexibility in the welding process.
Cost effective
The whole machine doesn’t take up a lot of floor space. It is only 3,25 m long and 0,68 m wide. This compactness also enables it to “plug and play”. Simply load it of the lorry, switch the electricity on and it is ready to start welding.
